We call this an EVENT and not a class because that is what you get! We offer 5 signature events lasting 2 hours each. You pick the time, day, location and we handle the rest leading up to the event and post event.

Everyday Armor
A two-hour, high-engagement primer on situational awareness, color codes, and the OODA loop. Your team learns photo-based reads, “what-if” decision tools, and simple movements that prevent freeze and buy time.
Non-Lethal Self-Defense
Hands-on overview of less-lethal options: pepper spray, TASER Strikelight/Pulse 2, Byrna, and SABRE launcher. Covers when/why to use, legal basics, carry methods, and deployment practice with inert trainers.
Civilian Active Shooter Response
Recognize pre-attack indicators, decide quickly, and act lawfully. We drill escape/evade/barricade/defend tactics, improvised options, and bystander medical so people can bridge the gap until help arrives.
Confidence in Crisis
Build calm under pressure with early-warning cues, de-escalation language, and natural-movement self-defense. Scenario work focuses on the #1 priority—getting everyone home safe—without awkward roleplay.
Resilience & Readiness
Turn mental health safety into culture. “What would you do?” scenarios, early-recognition of coworker or employee crisis, and peer-to-peer support gives leaders and teams a shared playbook that sticks long after the slide deck..
