Service Description

Let's Face IT - we all want to stay safe but very few of us desire to train extensively in self defense. This is a real world approach class taking everyday movements you already make and showing you how they can be used to defend and save your life. The goal in a personal attack is to create space and get away or create space then move to an escalated form of self defense. We will use videos, scenarios, sparring bags and a body opponent bag training dummy. This is not training you now to win a street fight or have a "knock out" but this IS training you how to stay safe and stay alive!
